帶鋸條磨齒機鋸片銹蝕的原因有哪些?
1、烘干(gan)或(huo)打(da)標工(gong)藝流(liu)程失誤:鋸片清洗(xi)后烘干(gan)不徹底(di),手套含(han)有水份,或(huo)不戴手套手汗堿(jian)性與金屬工(gong)件(jian)(jian)產(chan)生酸化,使工(gong)件(jian)(jian)記憶污染,工(gong)件(jian)(jian)未(wei)冷卻透徹上(shang)油捆邊入膠(jiao)(jiao)袋,工(gong)件(jian)(jian)冷卻后產(chan)生水蒸氣(qi),降(jiang)低防銹(xiu)能力(li),或(huo)膠(jiao)(jiao)帶捆邊部分長期在一定濕度中(zhong)產(chan)生嚴重銹(xiu)蝕。
2、防(fang)銹(xiu)油(you)中水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)份未(wei)去除:任何油(you)類含有一定(ding)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)份,必須(xu)經(jing)過200 度高溫煮(zhu)沸(fei)15分鐘(zhong)后冷卻,消除防(fang)銹(xiu)油(you)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)份,用干燥海綿在(zai)金屬(shu)表面薄(bo)(bo)薄(bo)(bo)涂上,油(you)沒含水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)份工(gong)藝好(hao)產品幾(ji)年不(bu)會(hui)生銹(xiu),如(ru)防(fang)銹(xiu)油(you)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)份大,工(gong)藝不(bu)注(zhu)意膠袋都涂上油(you)防(fang)銹(xiu)能力都會(hui)降低(di)的(de)。尤其(qi)50#或錳鋼(gang)防(fang)銹(xiu)能力是zui差的(de)。
3、合金鋸(ju)片鍍硬(ying)鉻既有增(zeng)強基體強度(du)硬(ying)度(du)性能,也有防銹(xiu)抗阻力(li)防粘功能,但成(cheng)本(ben)夠(gou)高一般用(yong)在工業用(yong)途夠(gou)多,尤其是超薄鋸(ju)片用(yong)途非常廣泛。

①噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)銹(xiu)蝕(shi):通常噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)選用36#碳化(hua)硅砂(sha)(sha)(sha)在(zai)6kg氣(qi)壓左右近距離(li)噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)(sha),噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)時間長砂(sha)(sha)(sha)粒粗很(hen)容易將燒(shao)i傷(shang)部(bu)位表(biao)面(mian)噴(pen)傷(shang),使金(jin)屬表(biao)面(mian)組織產(chan)生傷(shang)痕,或產(chan)生嚴(yan)重凹凸面(mian),形成表(biao)面(mian)粗糙,使噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)部(bu)位產(chan)生積(ji)水及金(jin)屬氧化(hua)(不能理解噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)時空(kong)氣(qi)水份侵蝕(shi)而(er)產(chan)生銹(xiu)蝕(shi)現(xian)象)。
②磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)或(huo)(huo)拋(pao)光(guang)造成(cheng)基體生銹(xiu)(xiu):金屬表面(mian)越(yue)光(guang)滑防(fang)銹(xiu)(xiu)性能越(yue)佳,基體生銹(xiu)(xiu)主要原因在(zai)(zai)(zai)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)或(huo)(huo)拋(pao)光(guang)時(shi)沒有足夠(gou)冷卻水將磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)產生的鐵粉或(huo)(huo)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)粒及(ji)時(shi)沖走(zou),砂(sha)(sha)(sha)輪、砂(sha)(sha)(sha)帶(dai)質(zhi)量差(cha),在(zai)(zai)(zai)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)時(shi)嚴重掉砂(sha)(sha)(sha)粒,在(zai)(zai)(zai)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)或(huo)(huo)拋(pao)光(guang)時(shi)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)粒與砂(sha)(sha)(sha)輪及(ji)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)帶(dai)在(zai)(zai)(zai)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)上產生砂(sha)(sha)(sha)粒研磨(mo)(mo)(mo)過程(cheng),將金屬表面(mian)刮(gua)花形(xing)成(cheng)流(liu)星形(xing)白點,這(zhe)是銹(xiu)(xiu)源根(gen)本來(lai)源之一。基體磨(mo)(mo)(mo)或(huo)(huo)拋(pao)完后(hou)沒有將工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)與工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)之間分(fen)離(li),讓工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)有足夠(gou)風干。其三冷卻或(huo)(huo)拋(pao)光(guang)液沒有足夠(gou)防(fang)銹(xiu)(xiu)能力,使工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)工(gong)(gong)序間流(liu)轉時(shi)產生銹(xiu)(xiu)種。
